Failed to ship my order
Users questions:I came across a seller on website who displayed used laptops for sale. whose email address is xihuatrade2@hotmail.com and his name is Liu Bess. I had a comprehensive negotiation with him concerning the sale of his laptops which we had concluded. I finally made a bank transfer of 650USD. He later requested for the teller which I sent to him for payment confirmation. Immediately he received it, he promised to ship the laptops to me via DHL. Since 2 days ago now, I have sent so many email messages to him concerning the status of goods but he never replied me again. Please tell what to do and what can you do for me to recover either my money or the laptops. Victor
Experts answer:but do you use escrow to pay money to him? if so, he could not get the moeny untill you receive his goods! escrow is a safe tool for seller and buyer to reach business. Hope this could help you in the future.
