Fraudulent Supplier

Users questions:I ordered scrubs here in one of your member supplier named Neighbour International Contact person NAEEM CHUGHTAI. The scrubs were never delivered according to his sales contract agreement, made several excuses and later on stopped communicating with me. The order was placed May 2010 and I made my deposit of $1800 that time. I want my complain posted in his profile so in the future other customer will not be scammed by this manufacturer. He is not trusworthy and he already scammed other buyer including myself I don't see any reason why his membership here continues when in fact he already scammed some people. Kindly direct me to an appropriate person who can deal with this problem.
