Goods purchased that were seized by customs
Users questions:I purchased silicone goods from a 3 year golden Alibaba member.
I paid the manufacturer in advance for the shipping by DHL. The goods were susequently confiscated by French Customs (not even my country!). I was asked to supply an authorisation to sell the product AFTER the problems with customs. They never once mentioned before that I might need authorisation, this was a product manufactured in China! They have since told me that it is not their fault, and is just my loss.
