i can't cancel order,what can i do to be refunded?

Users questions:i made order and told suppliers the colors i want and he confirmed to me that colors are available so i made payment. After payment, he told me he can't get me the gold color..The problem is that my customers paid money for me to get them that color..According to Egypt Law, if i take money from someone and didn't get what he want he can sue me and i will be in jail.
i tried to click on 'cancel order' but it's not working , i don't know what to do..how can i cancel it and how i will be refunded if i made payment by credit card??
