I have been scammed by a chinese USB drive suppier

Users questions:I have been scammed by a gold supplier. I purchased 2 usb flash drives 32gb, and 4 sd cards, also 32gb. I have an invoice to prove the transaction, and a moneygram receipt for payment. I have received the goods, but have tested them using a software package called h2 test w. I have reports proving that the drives are not their true capacity. What can I do to recover my money. This is shameful from a 4th year gold supplier. Please help me.

Recommended @ Ali Bapa. If you look at my OP, you will see that the supplier is a 4th year gold supplier. To be fair, I don't know you from Adam, so why would I ask you, although I do appreciate the offer. Gold suppliers are A and V checked. What more could I have done. I placed a small order, 6 peices in total, the company provided me with a proper invoice aswell. My question is what can I do now that it has happened, now what should I have done before I placed the order. If anybody knows what I can do to resolve this, then please get in touch asap. Recommended you should have found out the following infomation before placing an order: A legally reliable supplier should generally have the following characteristics: a) It has to register at its “local” governmental office; b) Its business range includes the goods he sells; c) It has a good record of its business activity; d) It obtains the special regulated certificates authorized to manufacture or sell the special goods if it is especially inspected; e) For a brand supplier, it has to get the right to be a wholesaler; If you cannot find out the credibility of the company, you can talk to me on TradeManager.
