I paid for samples of make up accesories and i was delivered substandard quality!

My name is Nina Ezinne Okoro, I have been an alibaba member for almost 10 years! I had been discussing with a make up accessories company called Annabelle Cosmetic Brush Factory in Yiwu China, they are gold suppliers and members of alibaba. I sent them quality samples of 1 make up bag ,a set of 6 make up brushes & 6 make up pencils. They assured me they would replicate exactly the same quality as the sample I sent them and they sent me a proforma invoice of about $140. I paid in this money into a bank number they provided me in November 2010. After about 30 days they sent me a completely different substandard quality of sample of brushes and make up pencils and did not even bother to include the sample of make up bag which I also paid for! I wrote them in january 2011 expressing my great dissatisfaction and asked that they re make exactly the same type of quality of make up accessories which I sent to them or they give me a refund of my money. They refused to reply my repeated mails to them so I am using this opportunity to get alibaba to intervene in this matter.
