Illegal use of product photography with watermark

Users questions:A seller on aliexpress and alibaba is using our product photography to sell products on here. The photography clearly has our watermark on the photo. I have contacted the seller politely to remove the pictures as they belong to us and use/take their own with no response. I have contacted aliexpress, alibaba and google as well. Anyone have any other suggestions? This is really bothersome. I have no objection in selling the same items as that is business BUT take/use your own pictures. We have spent alot of money on photographers, why should someone else use the pictures we paid for?
I have used these sites to purchase many products from overseas, however, I can now see that being outside of teh US, there is no help with any matter and its really terrifying. This is a copyright photography issue but what if it was something bigger in regards to purchases, shipments, quality, etc.
If I can't get help with this, who's to say there will be help with any other issues. Might have to rethink purchasing from these sites altogether. Anyone have any other suggestions? Any help is appreciated.
