Experts answer:you should find out the following infomation before placing an order: A legally reliable supplier should generally have the following characteristics:   a) It has to register at its “local” governmental office;   b) Its business range includes the goods he sells;   c) It has a good record of its business activity;   d) It obtains the special regulated certificates authorized to manufacture or sell the  special goods if it is especially inspected;   e) For a brand supplier, it has to get the right to be a wholesaler; If you cannot find out the credibility of the company, you can talk to me on TradeManager.

Experts answer:   *Never use advance T/T payments for 2-3 transactions. Always use letter of credit. *If supplier is trustworthy and reputation in their country, then bank will issue funds against the letter of credit. *So, supplier can use that money to do orders. T/T is not necessary in this case. *Or, Use paypal and escrow payments *If supplier is genuine, then they will accept letter of credit/paypal/escrow or leave them and try other supplier's who can accept accept these terms.
