My review about *** company. Loun Jewelry Co.,ltd

Users questions:Do not deal with this company under any circumstance. We paid them USD3664.00 last December 6th using a Bank. They promised to deliver the order in a few days. It never happened. It is now the 11th January . We emailed the company many many times, and each time we received a reply to say that they were sending it the next day. We continually asked for the tracking number, but they always had some excuse not to send the tracking number. Finally they promised to refund the money .Never happened. WARNING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They will scam you, and lie continually about their actions. Experts answer:Hello Anybody who was scammed by the Chinese supplier, It is very hard for you to get your money back as you are in the US, the UK, Germany or other foreign countries but the scammers are in China. You have time barriers and languages barriers. Worsemore, you are not familiar with the whole China at all. There are 23 provinces, 4 municipalities, 282 prefecture and 374 cities in China. China is a large country with 1.3 billion people, 9.6 million square kilometers of territory and 5 time zones, so even many Chinese are not familiar with our motherland at all. Honest speaking, I hate the scammers very much as only a small number of scammers ruined most of Chinese suppliers' reputations. So it is becoming more and more difficult for the honest Chinese suppliers to trade with the serious buyers. Now I am trying to help some buyers to verify whether the Chinese suppliers who are selected by you is honest or not. 1, If the supplier is from Beijing but with a telephone number like: +86-21-xxxxxxxxx. I will report it to you that it might be a scammer. As the city code of Beijing is 010 not 021; 2, If the supplier's address is Rm 402, Xinhua Rd, Haidian Dist, Shanghai City, Guangxi Province, China. I will report it to you that it might be a scammer. As there is NO city named Shanghai in Guangxi Province. 3, You can give me the supplier's address, tel and other informations for evaluating and I will give you my constructive, useful suggestions before dealing with the Chinese supplier. I think it would be much more helpful for you to make a wise decisions before dealing with the supplier. 4, I can contact with the local police and submit the copies of the bank transfer, the e-mail recordings and any useful proof to the local police. Of course I will push the local police to work on your case if necessary; You know you can't report the scammers who are from Beijing to the police stations in Shanghai. But I can't ensure you that the local police will work on your case with punctuality and refund your money as we are not the local police; 5, Morever, we can visit and check the factory by ourselves if you think it is necessary. 5, Of course, what we could do for you is not free. You just only have to pay a little money. Hoever, it is certainly worth the costs to avoid being scammed. Anyone who is interested please contact with me at: E-mail: jackywau(at)yahoo.cn.
