a) It has to register at its local governmental office;
b) Its business range includes the goods he sells;
c) It has a good record of its business activity;
d) It contains the special regulated certificates authorized to manufacture or sell the special goods;
e) It has a certain range of business, not very extensive;
f) For a brand supplier, it has to get the right to be a wholesaler;
g) Gold member does not mean a reliable supplier but it is better.
h) Free member does not mean it is not reliable.
It varies from company to company.
