Need confirm of my payment status

Users questions:I ordered No.1002060374 US$113.55, Order Date:22 Mar 2011 05:24, Shenzhen Sanjihongtu Technology Co., Ltd. He said that was a new LCD panel.
I received product 1st, April 2011, but I found it's not working perhaps LCD is dead.
I mentioned that to him via e-mail with broken LCD picture, but he does not recognize it.
From then I contacted him via e-mail several times, but he won't accept product was broken.
Finally I declared a dispute of full refund on ali-express web site, and sent back product to him.
He accepted product was broken but he insist to tell me that I broke the product or it is my fault.
Today I checked ali-express but web site says that "Order canceled because you don't make payment".
However my credit card company told me that my payment action was immediately done on 22 Mar 2011 (when I ordered), and now waiting for real bank payment on May.
I want to really cancel my payment schedule.
And also I do not contact with supplier any more, because I have already told him the situation but he will not accept the fact.
Please tell me why my payment is immediately done at a order timing, and also give my money back.
