Users questions:I have been working with a Wendy Yang of Meijuya Lighting Factory on a large order. We are preparing to have samples sent and i notice she now has a new e mail address without the company name in it. She also request money sent to her bosses "personal account". This is alarming me now that she has left the company and is getting ready to scam me. Her original email address had the company name in it, not it does not. Please advise.

For the email address, because someone hacked my pass word of company email address, so I can not use the old one now, it's dangerous, not safe. And I change another new one. And for the account, because the amount of the samples is small, boss said this time use her personal account, but next time, the big order, we will send you the company account. The company account is our import and export company, if the amount is small, usually boss use her personal account. Please understand. Please believe me, I 'm honest to do business with you. And if you're still worry, I can scan the bank info with our factory stamp, and you can call or write to our other colleagues in the factory. Best regards Wendy
Experts answer:u already have answers from the suppliers......the payment option......am not sure its a good reason if the client is uphappy u can then use ur co account for the small payments too
Experts answer:hi pamela , for samples you can use paypal if wendy accepts it. in alibaba sometimes some persons use their company name and make u to pay to his personal banking account.and when you have paid the company may not send you the goods because you have not paid to firms account.so producer is the company but you have paid to staff.be careful.you can use escrow.but in my opinion never use personal accounts for paying
