Users questions:Has anyone done business with Tatsumi Electronics? What was your experience? Currently my shipment is being delayed. I have already sent payment and now they state they shipped to many and want another payment before they release the order. I offered to pay for the additional items once received, or for them to reimbursement my payment anfd now I haven't gotten a response back.

Experts answer:have u paid in full if yes why do they require more payment suppliers never accept payment after arrival actually so if u wanna discuss further please try calling them up and sort it out that way

Experts answer:I still haven't received my shipment. I did pay for the additional items after speaking with them, based on the previous response. They guaranteed my items would be here friday and they never came. I've sent emails requesting the tracking number and have gotten no responses. Icalled them saturday and he said items would be here yesterday and again items wasn't delivered. If I do receive them, I will be sure to post it. I plan on giving them a call today. Deanna
